Responsibilities

Salary: Negotiable based on experience; new graduates start out at $175,000.

  • Full Comprehensive Care for all ages of our patients
  • Exams
  • Direct and Indirect Restorations

  • Implant replacements and restorations
  • Fixed and Removable prosthodontics

Benefits Overview:
Salary: Negotiable based on experience; new graduates start out at $175,000.
Sign-on Bonus: Twenty - five thousand dollar signing bonus with one year contract agreement.
Incentive Pay: Based on performance and contract commitment.
Loan Repayment: Our providers have a high success rate when applying for State or Federal loan repayment/loan forgiveness programs. Current HPSA score of 26 for all dental locations.
Medical and Prescription Drug Coverage: Three comprehensive plan options (Buy-up, Base, and High Deductible) through UnitedHealthcare's Choice Plus network, covering various deductibles and out-of-pocket limits. Includes access to telemedicine services via Teladoc.
Health Savings Account (HSA): Available for employees in the High Deductible Plan with employer contributions and tax advantages.
