About the RoleWe're looking for a General Dentist/Implantologist to join our Vancouver, WA practice. This isn't your ordinary general dentist position. Here, you'll spend your days performing advanced implant procedures like full-arch fixed rehabilitations (All-on-4 and similar techniques), implant overdentures, and complex restorative work. Our structure helps maximize your time doing what you do best - providing transformative patient care - by reducing administrative tasks and supporting you every step of the way.
Your Responsibilities- Perform full-arch fixed implant rehabilitations and implant overdentures
- Place and restore single implants with precision and care
- Conduct bone and soft-tissue grafting as needed to ensure optimal outcomes
- Work closely with in-house lab technicians to deliver efficient, high-quality restorations
- Leverage dental assistant-driven restorative workflows to focus on high-impact procedures
- Contribute to building patient confidence through excellent clinical care and communication
What We're Looking For- Licensed General Dentist with experience or interest in implantology
- Comfort and enthusiasm for performing advanced surgical and restorative procedures
- A commitment to clinical excellence with a patient-centered approach
- Desire for clinical autonomy balanced with collaborative teamwork
- Ability to reliably commute or plan to relocate to Vancouver, WA

Compensation
First 6 months: $200,000 annualized base or 25% of adjusted production and 25% lab fees with the ability
to earn over $700,000 annually.
After 6 months: 25% of adjusted production with 25% lab fees
Ability to commute/relocate: Vancouver, WA - Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting
