Requirements- DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental program
- Active Alabama dental license (or ability to obtain one prior to start)
- Strong clinical skills in general dentistry and a passion for working with children and teens
- Excellent chairside manner with a focus on patient comfort and building trust
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, ethical dental care
- Ability to work collaboratively with a supportive team
- Willingness to engage in community and patient education efforts
