Schedule:
Monday - Thursday.

Split schedule between two nearby office locations.

Position Summary:

We are seeking a motivated and patient-focused General Dentist to join our established, privately owned practice in North Conway, New Hampshire. This is an excellent opportunity for a provider who values clinical autonomy, strong patient relationships, and the ability to practice comprehensive dentistry in a collaborative, fee-for-service environment.

You will work across two well-established locations with strong patient bases, supported by an experienced team and modern technology. This role is ideal for a provider who is open to coaching, values consistency in patient care, and is looking for a long-term opportunity within a relationship-driven practice.

  • Two office locations with 6 operatories each.
  • Collaborative team including owner and associate providers.
  • Fee-for-service model with limited insurance participation (Delta Dental).
  • Strong hygiene program with flexible assisted and single-column workflows.
  • Weekly meetings and structured onboarding for clinical alignment.
