This individual will be responsible for overseeing all phases of project delivery-from preconstruction through closeout-ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Requirements- 8-10 years of experience in commercial construction project management
- Demonstrated experience managing projects valued at $100M+
- Sector experience in at least one of the following: healthcare, higher education, manufacturing, or hospitality
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships
- Stable employment history with progressive responsibility
- Preference for candidates based in or willing to relocate to the Nashville area
