Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field.
• 7-10 years of experience in accounting, preferably in the agricultural industry.
• Proficient in Famous, Trullion (ASC 842), and MS Office (Word and Excel).
• Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment.
• High degree of initiative and sound judgement required.

Responsibilities

• Manage lease accounting processes to ensure compliance with ASC 842.
• Maintain and report on lease schedules and recognize right-to-use assets.
• Prepare notes for related party transactions.
• Handle journal entries for debt and financing transactions.
• Support bank compliance and borrow base schedules.
• Provide cash forecasts and manage debt accounting.
• Liaison with external auditors and support board presentations.
