The role combines strong technical expertise in Python and AI-centric technologies with project leadership, solution architecture, data pipeline management, automation, and enterprise AI integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the design, development, and implementation of generative AI solutions using Python and AI-centric libraries such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Hugging Face Transformers.
• Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using external knowledge sources, including document chunking, embedding generation, and retrieval systems.
• Design, develop, and deploy custom AI agents capable of autonomous decision-making and task execution using LLMs and multimodal models.
• Implement and optimize complex algorithms supporting generative AI model development and performance.
• Manage data pipelines involving data preprocessing, augmentation, and synthetic data generation to improve model training and performance.
• Establish robust data handling practices, including dataset cleaning, labeling, structuring, and preparation for generative AI workflows.
• Design advanced Microsoft Copilot Studio Agent Builder capabilities, including custom plugin development, adaptive orchestration, contextual memory management, dynamic prompt engineering, and secure data handling.
• Build multi-turn agents capable of adapting and chaining AI skills and APIs to support complex business processes.
• Configure and manage message, data, scheduled, and webhook triggers for AI-powered workflows.
• Design and implement Power Automate workflows to automate business processes and tasks.
• Create logical, scalable flows for complex business processes.
• Integrate enterprise applications and services using Copilot's built-in connectors.
• Collaborate with technical and business stakeholders to define requirements, establish priorities, and deliver scalable AI solutions.
• Ensure AI solutions are designed with appropriate security, data handling, scalability, and operational considerations.
