Must Have Technical/Functional Skills We are seeking an experienced Gen AI Copilot Lead / Consultant to drive the design, development, implementation, and adoption of AI-powered Copilot solutions across the enterprise. The ideal candidate will possess deep knowledge of Generative AI technologies, Microsoft Copilot ecosystem, Azure AI services, and business transformation strategies. This role requires a blend of technical expertise, consulting capabilities, stakeholder management, and solution architecture skills to deliver innovative AI-driven business outcomes. Microsoft 365 Copilot Copilot Studio Azure OpenAI Service Azure AI Foundry Azure Cognitive Services Power Platform Microsoft Graph API Prompt Engineering Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) Vector Databases LLM Evaluation & Optimization Python, C#, or JavaScript REST APIs and Integration Patterns Cloud Architecture (Azure preferred) Key Responsibilities Strategic Consulting & Advisory • Assess business processes and identify opportunities for Generative AI and Copilot adoption. • Define AI transformation roadmaps aligned with organizational goals. • Conduct workshops, discovery sessions, and value-assessment engagements with stakeholders. • Develop business cases, ROI analysis, and adoption strategies for AI initiatives. Solution Design & Architecture • Design enterprise-grade Copilot and Generative AI solutions. • Architect solutions leveraging: o Microsoft 365 Copilot o Copilot Studio o Azure OpenAI Service o Azure AI Foundry o Microsoft Fabric o Power Platform o Semantic Kernel and AI orchestration frameworks • Establish governance, security, compliance, and responsible AI practices. Implementation & Delivery • Lead end-to-end AI solution delivery engagements. • Develop custom copilots, AI assistants, and agent-based solutions. • Integrate AI solutions with enterprise systems including: o SharePoint o Teams o Dynamics 365 o SAP o ServiceNow o Salesforce o Custom applications • Define and implement prompt engineering standards and retrieval strategies. AI Operations & Gov ernance • Establish AI governance frameworks and best practices. • Monitor AI solution performance, accuracy, and user adoption. • Ensure alignment with data privacy, security, and compliance requirements. • Implement Responsible AI controls and risk mitigation measures. Leadership & Stakeholder Management • Act as a trusted advisor to business and technology leaders. • Mentor developers, architects, and consultants on AI technologies. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and executive stakeholders. • Drive AI innovation initiatives and capability development.
