Job Description Summary
Perform the daily operations of plants to ensure reliability and consistency on the production line. Includes Service Shops. Impacts departmental operations and responsible for planning/execution. The role has some autonomy but is focused on execution of activities within an operating discipline covered by standard functional practices and procedures. Some judgment may be required but this is typically with guidance.

Job Description

Scope:

The Project Management Specialist will report directly to the Site Project Management Leader and will be responsible for coordinating projects scope, delivery, quality, cost, risk mitigation, and customer satisfaction for assigned customer orders of the Capacitor and/or Power Sensing product lines.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the execution of domestic and international projects through the OTR (Order to Remittance) phase, ensuring adherence to established project schedules.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for internal departments (Supply Chain, Engineering, Quality) regarding status inquiries, documentation requests, and scheduling updates for assigned tasks to secure on time execution of projects
  • Maintain Projects status in ERP system, MES, or other tools
  • Communicate both with customers and suppliers seeking successful deliveries of projects milestones
  • Coordinate day-to-day administrative tasks, including documentation, tracking shipments, and updating project files.
  • Monitor project milestones and proactively flag potential delays and risks for assigned projects
  • Ensure key functions have access to accurate current reports and projections and relevant reports are available for the customer
  • Ensure delivery of customers’ orders is compliant with the requirements of the contract (technical specification, scope and time of delivery) leading to full customer satisfaction and business. objectives of gross margin, revenue recognition and cash are met
  • Improve KPI such as On-Time Delivery, Orders Overdue, and Cash-Flow
  • Manage Customer claims for assigned orders
  • Ensure adequate planning and productive time for customers during FAT visits
  • Support the execution of projects including those produced in different manufacturing sites
  • Lead and/or support logistics arrangements for local and international projects

Qualifications/Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree from an accredited university or college in Engineering, Business or a related discipline
  • 0-1-year experience in project management

Eligibility Requirements:

  • The required work location is Clearwater, FL (relocation assistance is available)
  • Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States of America is required. We will not provide sponsorship for this role now or in the future.

For candidates applying to a U.S. based position, the pay range for this position is between $80,700.00 and $121,100.00. The Company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120% or 130% of salary in certain areas. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate’s experience, education, and skill set.

 

 

Bonus eligibility: discretionary annual bonus.
