What You Will Do: - Maintaining on-time Gate 3 starts
- Maintaining working knowledge of all cricital shortages for engines from -20 to 0 days from Gate 3 start
- Review, resolve and track material and engineering issues that will prevent successful Gate 3 starts.
- Keep track of all shortages for engines -20 to -1 day from Gate 3 start.
- Communicate with schedulers as needed.
- Maintain clear communication with leadership concerning relevant material and engineering escalations
- Work with Gate 1 BUM to target repeated issues involving open ENCs and part dispositions to maximize success of Gate 3 starts.
- Work with Gate 2 BUM on execution needs
- Work with repair shop and RTS clinic to ensure we are maximizing our internal capabilities to resolve material constraints.
- Coordinate with Delivery Assurance teams to identify and resolve issues and ensure an engine rolls to build every day.
- Work with engineering and customer service to streamline IPF response and resolution on customer approvals.
- Maintain escalation file for Tier 3 and 4 meetings.
- Attend Tier 2 and 3 meetings.
- Lead regular meetings with Delivery Assurance team and materials/Gate 2 leadership.
- Work with materials manager and buyer team to resolve shortages that will prevent Gate 3 start.
Qualifications You Must Have: - Bachelor's Degree and 5 years of experience to include materials, operations and/or engineering or an Advanced Degree and 3 years of experience to include operations materials, operations and/or engineering.
Qualifications We Prefer: - Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel, thorough knowledge of SAP, ESVR, Tego and Solumina.

The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels.
