Advanced Practice Provider (APRN/PA-C) to join our established outpatient Gastroenterology practice in Palm Coast, Florida.
This opportunity offers a high degree of clinical autonomy with onsite physician support and a predictable Monday-Friday schedule, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM.

About the RoleProvide outpatient Gastroenterology care, including:
- Chronic disease management
- Patient follow-up
- Coordination of care related to GI procedures
- Supporting timely access and continuity of care
