Acura of Sherman Oaks is always looking to connect with motivated, customer-focused professionals interested in future Sales Representative opportunities.

  • Pay: $48,200.00- $158,700.00Annually
  • Schedule: 5-day work week with 2 rotating days off
  • Department Hours: Mon-Sat: 9am - 8pm and Sun: 10am - 7pm


What You'll Do
  • Build relationships with customers and provide an outstanding vehicle shopping experience.
  • Assist customers throughout the entire sales process, from initial contact through vehicle delivery.
  • Demonstrate new and pre-owned vehicles while highlighting features and benefits.
  • Produce new business through prospecting, referrals, and repeat clientele.
  • Maintain accurate customer information and activity within the CRM.
  • Conduct test drives and explain financing, leasing, and protection product options.
  • Exceed individual sales and customer satisfaction goals.


What You'll Bring
  • 2 plus years of sales, customer service experience or automotive sales experience.
  • Desire to achieve personal and financial goals
  • Build relationships and earn customers trust.
  • Comfortable using computers, CRM systems, and digital communication tools.
  • Acceptable driving record and a valid driver's license in your state of residence.


Total Rewards

The annual California pay range for this position is $48,200.00- $158,700.00. This is a performance-driven position, eligible for short-term and/or long-term incentives as part of total compensation, which includes Individual Payable Gross, and Individual Units Sold, Manufacturer Approvability. Actual pay offered may vary depending on skills, experience, job-related knowledge, and physical location. Final compensation will be established through the interview process in accordance with applicable pay equity and transparency laws.
