Future Operations and Development Lead
The Opportunity:

As the Future Operations and Development Lead, you'll utilize your analytical, technical, and developmental expertise as you support a team on projects for the U.S. Space Force (USSF), in the space control mission area. You'll liaison with intelligence, operations, and R&D communities to identify future capability gaps relevant to the client mission area. You'll be a trusted advisor to our clients, and we'll look to you to identify, analyze, and evaluate complex systems, processes, and procedures in preparation of the deployment of future operations.

You Have:
  • 10+ years of experience in tactical and strategic multi-domain operations
  • Experience establishing priorities within three-letter organizations and the intelligence community
  • Knowledge of operational integration topics for project teams and future development initiatives
  • Knowledge of unit-level future technology requirements management
  • Knowledge of electronic warfare principles, planning, and operations
  • Ability to interact with technical team members across multiple organizations
  • Ability to communicate technical approaches and details to teams and senior leaders
  • Ability to both comprehend and draft technical documents
  • Top Secret clearance
  • Bachelor's degree


Nice If You Have:
  • Experience with a USAF or USSF Major Command, HQ AF, Combatant Command, Special Operations, or Joint Staff
  • Experience with acquisitions or software engineering or development
  • Experience with SATCOM systems, RF spectrum, and signal characteristics
  • Knowledge of rapid acquisitions for space or cyber operations
  • Ability to develop innovative technical solutions to emerging novel problem sets
  • Master's degree

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $112,800.00 to $257,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees. This posting will close within 90 days from the Posting Date.
