Job Description:Parsons is looking for an exceptionally talented
Functional Specialist Advisor to join our team! In this role, you will provide administrative and business support to the NGA Executive Committee Front Office, ensuring efficient execution of operations and administrative actions essential to NGA's mission. You will play a key role in supporting senior leadership and facilitating communication across NGA, DoD, IC, and other stakeholders.
What You'll Be Doing:- Providing administrative support, including scheduling and coordinating meetings, calendars, and events
- Gathering, inputting, and retrieving electronic data; maintaining files and folders
- Researching and analyzing information to prepare reports, presentations, and papers
- Preparing routine correspondence and distributing briefing/read-ahead materials in accordance with NGA standards
- Maintaining office supplies, initiating equipment trouble tickets or replacements, and coordinating office moves
- Managing Agency-level taskers throughout their lifecycle, including status reporting and metrics development
- Working with NGA systems such as Peoplesoft, conference room scheduling tools, DTS, VTCs/telecons/IC Connects, Outlook calendars, and Webex
- Collecting, processing, organizing, and managing records in accordance with NGA Instructions or guidelines
- Transferring data across various networks as needed
- Scheduling conference rooms, coordinating VTC connectivity, and ensuring appropriate read-ahead support for attendees
- Organizing and supporting NGA, IC, and DoD joint meetings, forums, and events
- Establishing milestones and schedules with wide latitude for independent judgment regarding staff and administrative management problems, in coordination with the Government lead
Required Clearance:- Must be a U.S Citizen
- Must have an active TS/SCI clearance with the ability to obtain a CI polygraph
What Required Skills You'll Bring:- Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Political Science, Communications, or a related field; additional years of experience will be considered in lieu of a degree
- 4+ years of experience supporting senior executives (General/Flag Officers, Civilian SESs, or corporate equivalents).
- 4+ years of experience analyzing job-related problems and recommending solutions requiring coordination across multiple areas, disciplines, and organizations
- 4+ years of experience planning and implementing programs/projects involving diverse objectives
- Experience working with NGA directorates and systems (Peoplesoft, conference room scheduling, DTS, VTCs/telecons/IC Connects, Outlook, Webex)
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to protocol requirements
- Ability to work on multiple projects with varying deadlines in a fast-paced environment; flexibility to adjust working hours as necessary

Security Clearance Requirement:An active Top Secret SCI security clearance is required to apply, however, the selected candidate must be able to obtain a Top Secret SCI w/Polygraph clearance prior to the start date.

Salary Range: $88,400.00 - $154,700.00
