Functional Health Provider - Antiage Institute We're looking for a motivated and compassionate Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate is passionate about integrative medicine, dedicated to continuous learning, and values collaboration in a supportive, patient-focused environment. Key Responsibilities • Patient Care & Consultations - Conduct comprehensive wellness consultations, including reviewing medical history, lab work and patient goals. - Manage ongoing patient interactions, monitor progress, and adjust treatment plans as needed. - Perform in-office procedures such as IV drips, vitamin therapy and peptide therapy • Treatment Management - Develop, implement, and monitor personalized treatment protocols focusing on hormone balance, weight management and metabolic health. - Order, interpret, and evaluate lab results to inform treatment recommendations. - Prescribe medications, peptides, or supplements as appropriate. • Collaboration & Communication - Maintain accurate and timely documentation within the EMR system. - Collaborate effectively with staff and patients to ensure continuity of care and exceptional service. Position Requirements & Qualifications • Licensed Nurse Practitioner (NP) or Physician Assistant (PA) • 0-2 years of clinical experience.
