Description

Senior Functional Analyst to provide essential operational management, tracking metrics, and administrative governance for the Senior Information Security Officer (SISO) support contract at United States Transportation Command (USTRANSCOM). The scope of this project is to provide a comprehensive range of Risk Management Framework (RMF) administrative tracking, cybersecurity team onboarding, and lifecycle workflow coordination across the Joint Deployment and Distribution Enterprise (JDDE).

The Functional Analyst - Senior will support the Program Manager by administering day-to-day contract operational structures, compiling tracking metrics, managing the master Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) library, and coordinating training tracking logs to verify compliance with combatant command requirements.

Roles & Responsibilities
  • Formulate, review, and continually refine contract data tracking matrices to support the master Contract Management Plan (CMP).
  • Compile weekly operational metrics and track individual labor utilization to generate high-fidelity Weekly Activity Reports (WAR) and Monthly Status Reports (MSR).
  • Document official technical working groups, capture complex architecture baseline decisions, and log action items into clean Meeting Minutes within 2 business days.
  • Manage compliance tracking configurations for the team, maintaining 100% accurate Security Training Compliance Logs in accordance with DoD mandates.

  • REQUIRED Foundational Qualification: Defense Cyber Crime Center (DC3) Cyber 101 course completion.
  • Desired Certification: Microsoft 365, SharePoint Administration, or Certified Associate in Project Management (CAPM).
  • 6-9 years' relevant professional experience tracking complex IT projects or consulting workloads.
  • Deep practical knowledge of task-tracking management interfaces (such as MS Planner, Jira, or ServiceNow).
  • Strong oral and written communication skills with exceptional editing capabilities for technical white papers.
