Key Responsibilities- Conduct diagnostic assessments and develop treatment plans
- Provide high-quality therapy services to clients
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
- Maintain a full caseload of approximately 25-30 sessions per week
- Deliver evidence-based interventions
- Collaborate with colleagues and referral partners
- Participate in team meetings and trainings
- Option to provide supervision for pre-licensed clinicians
Qualifications and/or Skills- Master's degree in a behavioral health field
- Illinois licensure or pre-licensure (LCSW, LCPC, LMFT, PsyD; LSW, LPC)
- Experience with assessments, treatment planning, and clinical documentation
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Comfort working with children, teens, families, or adults
- Ability to pass a background check
- Existing client base or referral network a plus
- Familiarity with case note documentation and EHR systems

Compensation: $67,000.00 - $100,000.00 per year
