  • Use data and technology to identify insights, streamline processes, and create practical tools and resources;

  • Collaborate across the College to advance inclusive, evidence-based talent practices while handling confidential information with sound judgement and discretion.

  • Provide 1:1 coaching on career development and growth.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Psychology, Business, or a related field. An equivalent combination of relevant education and experience may be considered;

  • Progressive Human Resources experience, with demonstrated experience in talent management, performance development, succession planning, leadership development, organizational development, or a related area;

  • A CHRP, CHRL, coaching, or other relevant professional designation would be considered an asset;

  • Experience designing, implementing, or improving programs, processes, or tools;

  • Strong coaching, communication, consultation, analytical, and organizational skills, with the ability to influence leaders and translate information into practical recommendations;

  • Experience using HR systems (Workday Preferred) or digital tools to support talent, performance, succession, or employee development programs;

  • Sound judgement and demonstrated ability to manage sensitive and confidential information.

You will be well positioned to succeed in this role if you bring:

  • Strong coaching skills and the confidence to help leaders navigate complex performance, talent, development, and workforce decisions;

  • An ownership mindset, sound judgement, and the ability to move initiatives from concept through to implementation;

  • Strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to turn organizational priorities into practical solutions;

  • Experience advancing inclusive talent practices and expanding equitable access to development and career opportunities;

  • Experience working in a unionized, public-sector, or postsecondary environment;

  • Demonstrated ability to leverage AI and digital tools to enhance productivity, support research and analysis, streamline administrative processes, and improve overall work efficiency.
