Qualifications

• Family Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant certification required.
• Current El Paso, TX NP or PA License in good standing.
• Experience working with children and adolescents preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills and patient rapport essential.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care for children and adolescents in a family practice setting.
• Conduct physical exams, order tests, and interpret results.
• Develop and manage treatment plans in collaboration with patients.
• Educate patients and families on health management and prevention.
• Maintain accurate and timely healthcare records.
