We are seeking a dedicated educator and clinician with the following qualifications and key responsibilities: Qualifications: Qualifications include at minimum a Doctor of Optometry (OD) degree with TPA+ licensure (glaucoma and anti-infectives) in Massachusetts, advanced professional credentials such as residency training or equivalent clinical experience, appropriate credentials for a faculty appointment, and an active commitment to excellence in patient care and teaching. Preference will be given to those who have had 3-5 years of experience in teaching and clinical care. Key Responsibilities: • Deliver high-quality didactic instruction in ocular disease and posterior segment conditions • Lead student labs and workshops, fostering critical thinking and clinical reasoning • Prepare students for patient care and participate in our clinical network • Contribute scholarly to the field and on college committees • Deliver patient care at one of our clinic sites This is a full-time, Assistant or Associate Professor position with the option for tenure or non-tenure track, and a salary commensurate with experience.
