Job Summary

We are seeking a Full Stack Software Engineer to join the Cyber and Information Security (CIS) team. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining web applications and tools. The role is focused approximately 60% on front-end development and 40% on back-end development, with an emphasis on building robust, scalable, secure, and maintainable applications.

Key Responsibilities
• Design and develop robust, scalable, and secure web applications.
• Write clean, functional, and maintainable code.
• Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices.
• Write unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Release changes with higher cadence.
• Leverage AI to implement, to learn, and to improve customers' user experience.
• Work collaboratively with your team and with the broader CIS organization and technology teams.
• Review code written by others and welcome review from others.
• Take ownership of delivered solutions and ensure users are effective at their jobs using the tools and applications.
• Develop an understanding of the security domain and apply that knowledge to solutions.
• Stay informed on emerging technologies and industry trends.

Required Qualifications
• BS in Computer Science or a STEM field, or demonstrable understanding of Computer Science concepts, such as data structures and algorithms.
• 7+ years of proven experience in full-stack development in an Agile team.
• Experience with distributed architectures and patterns.
• Expertise in front-end languages and frameworks including JavaScript, TypeScript, React, Angular, or Vue, with Angular preferred.
• Proficiency in back-end technologies and frameworks including Node.js, Spring Boot, and Hibernate.
• Understanding of Java memory and concurrency models.
• Experience crafting complex SQL queries and performing database performance optimization.
• Familiarity with DevOps practices, including CI/CD pipelines, containerization, and cloud platforms.
• Experience with security and cloud operations is highly valued.
