Full Job Description
The Role

This is our first dedicated marketing hire, and you'll own the function end to end. You will build the campaigns, design the creative, run the ads, and track every conversion in HubSpot yourself. There is no agency or team to hand work off to. You'll partner closely with sales to turn marketing into pipeline and revenue.

You'll do well here if you like shipping more than planning, you're comfortable switching between a Meta ad set and a podcast outline in the same afternoon, and you want real ownership at an early-stage company.
What You'll Own
  • Paid acquisition: Plan, launch, and optimize campaigns across Meta, Google, and LinkedIn. You'll set up the targeting, write the copy, build the creative, and manage budget and performance weekly.
  • Creative: Produce ad creative, landing page visuals, social assets, and short-form video using Canva, Figma, or similar tools. Great output matters more to us than which tool you use.
  • SEO and website: Own organic growth, including keyword strategy, on-page optimization, content, and landing pages in Webflow.
  • Conversion tracking and attribution: Build and maintain HubSpot workflows, forms, lifecycle stages, and attribution so we know which channels drive meetings, pipeline, and revenue.
  • Brand: Keep our messaging, visual identity, and positioning consistent across every channel for contractor owners, marketing leads, and operations leaders.
  • Partner marketing: Run co-marketing with industry partners, integrations, and associations, including joint webinars, partner landing pages, and referral programs.
  • Webinars and podcasts: Plan, produce, and promote recurring webinars and podcast content, then repurpose them into clips, emails, and blog posts.
  • Email and lifecycle: Build nurture sequences, product update emails, and campaign sends in HubSpot.
  • Reporting: Report weekly on spend, CAC, conversion rates, and pipeline contribution, and be ready to explain what's working and what you'll change.

Requirements
What We're Looking For

  • Working knowledge of HubSpot or a similar CRM, including workflows, forms, lifecycle stages, and conversion tracking
  • Comfort with data: you can build a funnel report, spot a drop-off, and act on it
  • Clear, concise writing for ads, emails, and landing pages
  • Experience working closely with a sales team and being measured on pipeline
  • Video editing skills
  • Bachelor's degree in any field
Nice to Have
  • Experience marketing to SMB, trades, construction, or home-services businesses
  • Experience with Webflow
