Key ResponsibilitiesAs a Software Engineer, you will be an integral part of a Scrum team within the Digital Platforms Technology Group. You will participate in design discussions, analysis, and building quality code that adheres to design and architecture standards.
Your role will involve close collaboration with the Squad Lead, Scrum Master, Analysts, Quality Assurance professionals, Architects, and fellow Developers. Together, you will design, build, test, and deliver features that elevate digital experiences.

You will be an active member of a co-located Scrum team made up of software engineers, quality automation engineers, and systems analysts responsible for delivering key customer features.

The Expertise and Skills You Bring- BS/BA Degree or equivalent experience preferred.
- Strong critical thinking skills coupled with a desire for growth, learning, and engagement in technical and design discussions.
- Experience communicating technical needs and capabilities to non-technical team members, product owners, and business partners.
- Ability to apply a long-term mindset to help produce scalable and maintainable solutions.
- Passion for promoting best practices and collaborating with developers across the broader technology organization to improve engineering, architectural, and coding standards.
- Server-side language experience with Java, Spring, middle-tier RESTful services, and Camel.
- Client-side experience with Angular, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, NPM, HTML/CSS, RxJS, and Struts.
- Experience with incident management and issue troubleshooting.
- Experience in financial services applications is a plus.
