Full Job Description
SUMMARY:

The full stack contractor will work with the application development team to build out our existing custom investment system platform. The contractor must have solid programming skills and strong working knowledge of Angular, C# and SQL.

SUMMARY OF RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Build out new features within the existing framework
  • Suggest and work with the IT team to offer design alternatives
  • Assist IT team with new page design and creation
  • Design and code middle tier services to support the web pages
  • Build stored procedures and views to provide CRUD functions for the web pages
  • Develop, integrate, test and implement application functionality
  • Assist in maintaining code quality, unit testing, and source control organization
    QUALIFICATIONS:
  • BS in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
  • 3-7+ years of application development experience
  • Strong knowledge of the newer Angular frameworks, Typescript and Javascript/JQuery
  • Knowledge of and working experience with .Net languages, specifically C# with ASP.NET Core and
    ASP.NET MVC web development experience
  • Working experience with SQL development
  • Knowledge of the finance industry is preferred with strong analytical skills
  • Experience with Entity Framework preferred
  • Familiarity with REST services
  • Familiarity with object-oriented concepts, N-Tier Architecture and design patterns
  • Ability to handle multiple project assignments and work in a collaborative team environment
