Overview

We are seeking an experienced Full Stack Developer with strong ServiceNow development expertise to design, build, and support enterprise technology solutions. This role requires a developer who is comfortable working in a large, governed IT environment and can leverage AI tools to accelerate development, testing, documentation, and code review while maintaining high standards of quality, security, and supportability.

Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, test, and support applications and integrations.
  • Administer and develop ServiceNow platform solutions, including configuration, customization, and ongoing platform enhancements
  • Collaborate with business partners, architects, security teams, and product owners to deliver scalable enterprise solutions.
  • Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle, including requirements analysis, design, development, testing, deployment, and support.
  • Utilize approved AI tools to improve development efficiency, testing coverage, documentation, and code quality.
  • Follow established architecture, security, governance, and change management standards.
  • Contribute to code reviews, technical documentation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
Qualifications
  • 5+ years of full stack software development experience in an enterprise environment.
  • Experience with modern development frameworks, APIs, databases, and cloud-based applications, with particular emphasis on SQL, .NET, React, and JavaScript.
  • Strong understanding of software development best practices, testing methodologies, and CI/CD processes.
  • Experience working within formal governance and architecture review processes.
  • Strong problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.
  • 2+ years of ServiceNow admin/development experience across platform configuration, scripting, workflows, and integrations
  • Experience with ServiceNow workflows, business rules, scripting, integrations, and platform customization.
  • Experience using AI-assisted development tools such as GitHub Copilot, Cursor, Claude, Microsoft Copilot, or similar technologies.
  • ServiceNow certifications are a plus.
  • Experience working within Agile or SAFe delivery frameworks.

For RI this ranges from $114,000.00-$126,000.00 plus benefits and retirement program.
