Full Job Description
About the Role

Your goal is to partner with hiring managers to rapidly generate pipelines and own full-cycle searches. While you can navigate technical profiles when needed, your core focus will be driving business, G&A, and go-to-market roles across middle management, specialists, and associates.

You are an air-tight operator, extremely organized, and resilient in a fast-paced environment with tight timelines. You have limited tactical drops, stay real-time responsive to candidates and hiring managers, and keep flawless documentation in Greenhouse and our talent trackers. Highly data-driven, you manage your desk using funnel metrics and channel mix, independently synthesizing insights to optimize your searches. You operate with a security mindset, handle sensitive information with total confidentiality, and possess an "all-hands-on-deck" attitude where no task is beneath you-from deep-dive sourcing to interview coordination when demand peaks.

Location: Fully remote USA. Preference for candidates in the Eastern Time Zone; a "super bonus" if you are in the NYC tri-state area and can easily collaborate in our Manhattan office for community events.

Required Qualifications
  • 5+ years of direct full-cycle corporate recruiting and sourcing experience, ideally within a fast-paced B2B SaaS or technology environment.
  • Greenhouse Proficiency (Absolute Must): You can open and configure jobs, schedule interviews, utilize assessment integrations/automations, and tune external postings independently without tool training.
  • Advanced LinkedIn Recruiter & Sourcing Tools: Expert-level capability with LinkedIn Recruiter (sourcing, InMail automation, job post optimization). Deep comfort using talent CRMs/engagement platforms (e.g., Gem, SourceWhale) and boolean search strategies to map markets, mine referrals, and enrich passive talent profiles.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Your mental map of a search lives in funnel metrics. You naturally manage by metrics, understand channel efficiency, and independently translate data into pipeline action.
  • Speed and Agility: You thrive under tight deadlines and deal effectively with ambiguity. You are decisive, highly organized, and move fast-if prioritized, you can have a new role posted in 30 minutes and a preliminary pipeline generated within 48 hours.
  • Exceptional Communication & Interviewing: You are a skilled behavioral interviewer who approaches talent assessment with humility. Your external messaging, grammar, and written communication are immaculate.
  • Continuous Improvement & AI Fluency: Highly resilient and reflective, you view feedback as a gift and actively look for micro-improvements. You smartly leverage modern AI tools to augment and scale your sourcing and writing workflow, authentically and defensively, never using generic copy-paste outputs.

Benefits:

Specific to each country, we offer a competitive salary, stock options, Health benefits, and unlimited PTO, parental leave, tuition reimbursements, and much more!

The estimated total compensation range for this position is $100,000 - $120,000 (base plus bonus).
