Full Job Description
As a Fulfillment Center Manager you will be hands-on and lead daily warehouse and fulfillment operations at the Westfield, MA facility. This role is responsible for managing shipping, receiving, inventory control, warehouse performance, safety, and team leadership to ensure efficient operations and on-time customer deliveries.

The ideal candidate is an organized and proactive leader with experience in warehouse operations, ERP/WMS systems, inventory management, and continuous improvement within a fast-paced environment.

What You'll Do
  • Lead daily operations of fulfillment center, including receiving, shipping, inventory control, and warehouse organization
  • Supervise, coach, and develop warehouse personnel to ensure safe and efficient operations
  • Partner with Customer Service, Quality, Supply Chain, and Logistics teams to support operational performance, on-time deliveries and inventory accuracy
  • Manage inbound and outbound shipments, inventory transactions, cycle counts, shipment quality and documentation within ERP/WMS systems
  • Monitor operational KPIs including shipping accuracy, inventory accuracy, productivity, and quality metrics
  • Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety standards, and quality requirements
  • Coordinate warehouse space utilization, material flow and equipment to maximize efficiency
  • Identify and implement process improvements to support productivity, service levels, and operational growth
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment

What You'll Bring
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, or Operations Management, or in related field
  • 5+ years of experience in managing fulfillment operations and leading warehouse teams
  • Working knowledge of ERP/WMS systems such as Microsoft Dynamics 365 or similar platforms
  • Strong understanding of warehouse operations, inventory management, shipping, and receiving processes
  • Experience with cycle counting and inventory accuracy programs
  • Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience with Microsoft Office Suite including Excel, Outlook, and Word
  • Ability to work in a warehouse environment with varying temperatures and conditions
  • Ability to lift and/or move up to 50lbs

This position is onsite at our Westfield, MA warehouse

What We Offer

We offer competitive compensation determined by each individual's relevant experience, skills, education and location. We anticipate the base salary for this position to be between $80,000 and $90,000 annually, commensurate with experience, if located in the Springfield, MA market. In addition to base salary, Enstall employees are eligible for either an annual bonus or commission, depending on their position. If your desired salary falls outside of these rates, we hope you'll still apply as there may be other positions that better align.
