Annual Salary range is $100,000-$130,000 based on interview and experience.
Position Summary- Manages project teams and client relationships by clearly communicating expectations for project requirements, scope, schedule and budget.
- Manages project financials to validate cost, revenue and profit.
- Evaluates specifications for plan procedures, start and completion dates, and staffing requirements for each phase of the construction project.
- Hires, directs and motivates supervisory personnel, subcontractors and staff engaged in planning and executing work procedures.
- Interprets specifications and company policies to subordinates and/or contractors and enforces safety regulations.
- Reviews and approves all invoices pertaining to the construction department and submits all approved bills to the regional accounting department for processing and payment.
- Prepares and/or supervises the creation of proposals for future work.
- Manages quality and H&S to achieve zero accidents and ensure quality goals are met.
- Identifies value-creation opportunities during bid and/or early project phase.
Knowledge, Skills & Abilities- Bachelor's degree in an engineering field (civil, mechanical, electrical) or equivalent experience, plus a minimum of 10 years' experience in DOD construction projects, including 5 years of DOD Fuels related construction/quality control experience.
- Demonstrated ability to lead project teams with projects of moderate to advanced scope and complexity.

- Proven track record of creating a positive environment where team members actively create high quality connections among each other.
- Can anticipate the potential for changing conditions and collaborates as needed.
- Read and interpret plans and specifications

- Able to analyze data and resolve issues.
The following certifications are preferred but not required:- API 653 Inspector
- API 570 Inspector
- NACE CIP Certification (any level)
- STI Tank Inspector
- AWS Certified Welding Inspector
- ASNT Level II or III Certification
- Quality Control Management (QCM) Course (USACE or Navy)
