The Opportunity

As a Front Office Strategy Consulting - Service & Support Experienced Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services focused on customer-related strategies and initiatives. You will analyze client needs, develop customer-centric solutions, and offer guidance to help clients enhance their customer experience and drive business growth. As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources.

In this role within our Management Consulting practice, you will analyze customer engagement processes, develop sales and service strategies, and offer guidance to help clients improve their sales effectiveness, customer satisfaction, and revenue growth. You are expected to adapt to working with a variety of clients and team members, each presenting varying challenges and scope. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client needs to develop customer-centric solutions that enhance customer experience and drive business growth
- Collaborating with team members to implement customer sales and service strategies that improve sales effectiveness and customer satisfaction
- Engaging in client support activities to provide guidance and support for enhancing customer engagement processes
- Utilizing customer relationship management techniques to foster long-term client relationships and drive revenue growth
- Participating in the development and execution of sales strategies to optimize market penetration and customer acquisition
- Applying business transformation skills to troubleshoot channel sales processes and improve service delivery
- Conducting customer analysis to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing client accounts
- Supporting sales strategy initiatives by coordinating sales presentations and managing sales operations planning
- Gathering and interpreting data from various sources to inform insights and recommendations for client projects
- Building a personal brand by consistently delivering quality work and taking ownership of personal development opportunities

What You Must Have

Job Posting End Date

The salary range for this position is: $63,000 - $140,000. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws. All hired individuals are eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
