Job Title: Fraud & Risk Go To Market Specialist
Contract Duration: 6 months with the possibility for extension
Location: Denver, Colorado
Schedule: Onsite
Pay Rate: $55-57 per hour

Overview
The client's Commercial Solutions (VCS), in partnership with Risk and Security Intelligent Solutions (RAS), is seeking a full-time contractor to lead execution of the Commercial Fraud & Risk go-to-market (GTM) strategy. This is a global, cross-functional engagement spanning sales, marketing, and regional product teams, responsible for translating GTM strategy into operational execution.
The contractor will drive pipeline, synthesize client feedback, enable sales teams, and coordinate with product and regional partners worldwide, ensuring the B2B fraud and risk narrative is consistent, well-supported with collateral, and grounded in real client and sales input. Responsibilities span three areas: GTM Execution, new Product + Enhancements, and Business-as-Usual (BAU) Operations, including leadership reporting and subject matter expert (SME) support.
This role will sit within the VCS Product Solutioning Team, working in close partnership with RAS. At its foundation, the role exists to help better serve its clients in managing B2B fraud and risk, ensuring that strategy translates into meaningful, on-the-ground support for commercial customers.
Key Responsibilities
Go To Market (GTM) Execution
  • Lead the global Commercial Fraud and Risk GTM launch and drive execution across regions
  • Own pipeline and performance tracking across all regions
  • Gather and synthesize client and seller feedback to refine positioning, messaging, and materials
  • Produce and maintain a versioned library of sales collateral (pitch decks, one-pagers, objection-handling guides) based on feedback from sales teams and clients
  • Coordinate with regional product leads to align GTM execution across global markets
  • Manage an external agency engagement, funded via marketing budget, to produce client-ready collateral and video content for external distribution

Product Strategy
  • Own the workstream extending fraud and risk capabilities into new B2B payment flows, coordinating with external partners on roadmap execution
  • Serve as day-to-day coordinator for an external risk partner - building a shared roadmap, tracking milestones, and surfacing blockers
  • Align efforts with the broader VCS strategy and GTM motion
  • Identify and advance pilot client opportunities for supplier risk and pre-payment verification solutions
  • Coordinate with potential partners on piloting and expanding capabilities in support of the broader B2B fraud and risk offering

BAU Operations, Leadership Reporting, and SME Support
  • Serve as subject matter expert for B2B fraud and risk across the organization, supporting internal questions, client inquiries, and regional solutioning
  • Lead a monthly cross-functional forum for global product leads to align on progress, surface blockers, and drive coordinated execution
  • Lead routine regional calls to gather feedback, surface client needs, and support regional solutioning
  • Deliver monthly leadership updates on global pipeline progress, client feedback, and business performance tracking
  • Support complex client engagements and share best practices across regions
  • Produce an end-of-engagement handoff document and repeatable GTM playbook to ensure continuity beyond the contract

Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years of overall industry experience in payments, fraud, and/or risk
  • Proven experience leading go-to-market (GTM) execution and sales enablement, including pipeline management and collateral development
  • Demonstrated experience managing and communicating with senior/executive stakeholders across global, cross-functional teams
  • Experience in the payments or financial services industry, beyond fraud and risk specifically (e.g., card networks, commercial payments)
  • Experience managing external vendor or partner relationships, roadmap alignment, and milestone tracking
  • Experience operating in ambiguous, fast-changing environments without established playbooks or heavy day-to-day direction
  • Strong written and executive-level presentation skills, with experience producing leadership-ready reporting and decks
  • Experience working across global, multi-region teams, coordinating across time zones and regional structures

Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with B2B/commercial payments, fraud and risk
