Position Overview:
The Fractional Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) will be responsible for overseeing all revenue-generating activities within Plutus Health Inc. This C-suite executive will develop and implement strategies to increase sales, expand market presence, and maximize revenue opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in driving revenue growth within the healthcare or RCM industry.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Revenue Growth Strategy:
- Develop and execute comprehensive revenue generation strategies that align with the company's overall goals.
- Identify new market opportunities and lead initiatives to capture additional market share.
- Drive sales growth through effective sales strategies, partnerships, and business development activities.

2. Sales Leadership:
- Lead, mentor, and develop the sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Establish and monitor sales performance metrics, ensuring accountability and continuous improvement.
- Foster a high-performance sales culture focused on customer satisfaction and revenue growth.

3. Market Expansion:
- Identify and evaluate new market segments and customer needs.

4. Client Relationship Management:
