5+ years in FP&A, financial analysis, or corporate finance
Experience with building financial models for forecasting and planning
Strong background in financial reporting and KPI development

THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
Join the finance organization of a large, established PE-Backed manufacturing and distribution company.
Work within a growing finance function that is expanding its analytical and reporting capabilities
Partner with senior finance leadership and executive stakeholders on financial performance and business decisions
Join a team where additional support is being added as the organization continues to grow
Work as an individual contributor with the opportunity to take on greater ownership and progress into broader management responsibilities
LOCATION
Remote opportunity with limited travel to the Belmont area
Expected onsite visits are approximately 2 to 3 times per year

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field
5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance or a related function
Experience building and maintaining financial models used for forecasting, planning and decision support
Strong experience with financial reporting and KPI development
Ability to analyze financial statements and business performance and communicate findings to senior leadership
Experience partnering with executive-level stakeholders and presenting financial information clearly
Strong Excel skills and experience working with complex financial data and reporting
Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of established processes
Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
Preferred background includes experience within a large company or PE-backed middle-market environment and demonstrated readiness to step into a Finance Manager role
