Full Job Description
THE TEAM YOU WILL BE JOINING
  • Join the finance organization of a large, established PE-Backed manufacturing and distribution company.
  • Work within a growing finance function that is expanding its analytical and reporting capabilities
  • Partner with senior finance leadership and executive stakeholders on financial performance and business decisions
  • Join a team where additional support is being added as the organization continues to grow
  • Work as an individual contributor with the opportunity to take on greater ownership and progress into broader management responsibilities

LOCATION
  • Remote opportunity with limited travel to the Belmont area
  • Expected onsite visits are approximately 2 to 3 times per year

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
  • Bachelor`s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business or a related field
  • 5+ years of progressive experience in FP&A, financial analysis, corporate finance or a related function
  • Experience building and maintaining financial models used for forecasting, planning and decision support
  • Strong experience with financial reporting and KPI development
  • Ability to analyze financial statements and business performance and communicate findings to senior leadership
  • Experience partnering with executive-level stakeholders and presenting financial information clearly
  • Strong Excel skills and experience working with complex financial data and reporting
  • Comfortable working independently and taking ownership of established processes
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
  • Preferred background includes experience within a large company or PE-backed middle-market environment and demonstrated readiness to step into a Finance Manager role
