Full Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Foundations and Collections / Collections Subject Matter Expert (Mid-Level) to support intelligence collection planning, GEOINT collection management, and requirements development for mission-critical operations. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in GEOINT collection strategies, requirements management, and intelligence collection processes, with the ability to develop and manage collection strategies that support operational and intelligence objectives.

This position requires an analytical professional who understands the intelligence collection lifecycle and can effectively coordinate collection requirements, manage Requests for Information (RFIs), and leverage collection management tools to optimize intelligence support for customers and mission partners.

Candidates must be willing and able to travel throughout the Continental United States (CONUS) and Outside the Continental United States (OCONUS) in support of customer and mission requirements.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop, coordinate, and manage GEOINT collection requirements in support of operational and intelligence missions.
  • Execute GEOINT collection management activities throughout the collection lifecycle.
  • Manage and track Requests for Information (RFIs) through the RFI Management Cycle.
  • Develop collection strategies that maximize intelligence collection capabilities and mission effectiveness.
  • Utilize collection management systems and analytical tools to support intelligence planning and execution.
  • Coordinate with intelligence analysts, collection managers, and mission stakeholders to prioritize collection requirements.
  • Monitor collection activities and recommend adjustments based on evolving operational priorities.
  • Integrate GEOINT collection efforts with all-source intelligence requirements and collection management processes.
  • Support imagery analysis, geospatial analysis, and intelligence production activities as required.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on GEOINT collection management policies, procedures, and best practices.
  • Support customer engagements, training events, and operational activities at CONUS and OCONUS locations as required.

Required Qualifications
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in intelligence collection management, GEOINT, or a related intelligence discipline.
  • Experience with:
    • GEOINT collection requirements and strategy development
    • GEOINT collection management
    • Request for Information (RFI) Management Cycle
    • Intelligence operations and collection management processes
  • Working knowledge of:
    • GEOINT Information Management System (GIMS)
    • Strategy Designer App
    • Automated Strategy Theory
  • Familiarity with:
    • Joint Enterprise Management Application (JEMA)
    • MIST
    • All-source intelligence data feeds
    • Imagery analysis and geospatial analysis
    • All-source collection management principles
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, mission-focused environment.
  • Willingness and ability to travel domestically (CONUS) and internationally (OCONUS) as required.
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a valid passport if international travel is required.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Intelligence Studies, Geospatial Intelligence, Geography, National Security Studies, Military Science, Political Science, or a related field.
  • Experience supporting the Department of Defense (DoD), National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA), Intelligence Community (IC), or Combatant Commands.
  • Experience developing collection strategies for operational, tactical, or strategic intelligence missions.
  • Knowledge of GEOINT tasking, collection, processing, exploitation, and dissemination (TCPED) processes.
  • Familiarity with intelligence community collection management doctrine, policies, and standards.
