Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Nonprofit Management, Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
• 3-5 years of experience in fundraising, nonprofit development, or community relations.
• Proven success in donor cultivation, fundraising campaigns, events, and donor stewardship.
• Knowledge of fundraising best practices, charitable giving, sponsorships, grants, and donor database management.
• Strong communication, presentation, relationship-building, and Microsoft Office skills; experience with donor management systems preferred.
• Ability to communicate fluently in English - both verbally and written.

Responsibilities

• Lead annual fundraising strategy to increase philanthropic support and donor retention.
• Cultivate and manage a portfolio of mid-level donors and identify major gift prospects.
• Oversee development systems, gift tracking, donor communications, reporting, and supervise the Development Coordinator.
• Plan and lead fundraising events, cultivation activities, and community engagement initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to align development efforts and enhance donor experience.
