What You Will Do:- Deploy, integrate, and support advanced data and analytics capabilities directly with customer teams.
- Work closely with government stakeholders to translate operational needs into product configurations and scalable technical solutions.
- Implement, test, and optimize data pipelines and analytics workflows within a Databricks-based environment.
- Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, ensuring reliability, performance, and security of deployed features.
- Collaborate with product teams to deliver enhancements, identify gaps, and ensure field feedback informs platform evolution.
What You Will Need:- Active Secret clearance
- Bachelors Degree
- Experience working directly with end users or mission teams to support operational needs.
- Experience with Databricks, including building pipelines, notebooks, and production workflows.
- Experience with Python or Spark for building and troubleshooting data solutions.
- Ability to work on-site at a government facility in Washington, DC or Northern Virginia when required.
What Would Be Nice To Have:- Experience supporting government or defense missions.
- Strong foundational knowledge of cloud-based data processing, analytics, and distributed systems.
- Familiarity with secure data environments and compliance-driven workflows.
- Ability to operate in fast-paced, ambiguous environments while maintaining high technical rigor.
- Understanding of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure-as-code, or containerized deployment approaches
- Prior work in a forward-deployed or customer-facing engineering role
The annual salary range for this position is $98,000.00-$163,000.00. Compensation decisions depend on a wide range of factors, including but not limited to skill sets, experience and training, security clearances, licensure and certifications, and other business and organizational needs.
