About the RoleLeap's pharmacy program is scaling quickly, and this role will sit near the center of it. You'll help build the analytical and operational infrastructure that drives durable, measurable savings - from procurement forecasting and pricing intelligence to partner integrations and the tooling that ties it all together.
This is a high-ownership, early-stage role with unusual breadth. You'll play a foundational role in advancing Leap's pharmacy infrastructure as the program scales, working cross-functionally with Clinical Ops, Member Growth, and Client Success to build systems that are rigorous, scalable, and commercially effective.
You'll also work directly with external partners and operate on the front lines of Leap's sourcing strategy. That includes helping shape partner relationships, supporting key negotiations, and improving the economics and infrastructure behind how Leap procures and delivers care.
You'll have a front-row seat to some of the most unusual and costly dynamics in U.S. healthcare - and real leverage to help improve them. You'll join a small, impressive team that moves quickly, operates with urgency, and sets a high bar for ownership.
