FMS Apache/Chinook Training Project Manager
Position Responsibilities:- Leads projects and provides oversight (including performance management metrics & reporting) for a portfolio of complex projects to support International Vertical Lift Training organizational goals and objectives
- Leads proposal, technical and cost volume development and project execution by identifying activities, resources, and tasks required to complete the work statement
- Provides technical, business and integration leadership for the development and execution of project or team plans
- Lead assessments and collaborative resolution of complex cross-functional issues amongst multiple diverse stakeholders
- Manage the Risk, Issues, and Opportunities, and associate mitigation and implementation plans
- Establishes and communicates objectives and goals to ensure common direction and delivery of high-quality products and services on-time
- Creates schedule, reports, metrics, change activity, communicates and updates plans regularly throughout lifecycle of program or project
- Interface, communicate and develop relationships with our US Army customer
- Integrates with various business units, cross functional teams, suppliers, and customers
Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent military experience
- 3+ years' experience in a role requiring project / program management skills
- Experience leading projects in a cross-functional environment
- Experience interfacing with internal and external customers
- Experience developing presentations for leadership
Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):- Experience working with and/or managing supply chain processes and functions
- Experience using Earned Value Management or similar cost and schedule accounting means
- Experience managing contractual deliverables
- Willing and able to travel up to 15% of the time both domestically and internationally

Summary pay range: $90,950 - $123,050
