Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of onsite property management experience with leasing and bookkeeping knowledge.
• High school diploma required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven team leadership ability.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Word and Excel.
• Familiarity with property management and accounting software; Yardi experience is beneficial.
• Ability to understand and report financial data.
• Solid grasp of marketing strategies and budgeting techniques.
• Exceptional multitasking and time management skills.
• Flexibility to work weekends and varied hours.
• Capable of touring property, including walking and climbing stairs.
• Valid driver's license may be necessary; state-specific license or certification may be required.

Responsibilities

• Manage property financial performance, including rents, occupancy, and expenses.
• Supervise leasing and resident retention programs to ensure high occupancy rates.
• Handle resident relations by addressing concerns, calls, and requests.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and legal regulations.
• Train and counsel onsite staff to enhance performance and efficiency.
• Oversee accurate completion of daily leasing paperwork and service requests.
• Analyze monthly performance data and collaborate on budget strategies with management.
