The Floating Pool Pharmacist will travel on-site and provide coverage and assistance as needed to travel between Daytona and Jacksonville locations. The floating pool Pharmacist compounds and dispenses medications and other pharmaceuticals.
The Float Pool Pharmacist (VSP/PT) prepares and maintains all necessary records on prescriptions, patient charges and inventory. Provides information to members on drugs and pharmaceuticals. Directly interacts with the patients. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.
Required Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
- Must have an active license with the Board of Pharmacy in the appropriate state
- Professional Pharmacy Practice experience
- Must be a certified Immunizer
- Proficiency with general software technology such as MS Office Suite, learn new systems and platforms.
- This role is considered patient facing and is part of Humana's Tuberculosis (TB) screening program. If selected for this role, you will be required to be screened for TB.

$115,200 - $158,400 per year
