They are often the first person our future residents and families have the opportunity to meet, and that first impression is what conveys our vision, mission and the vibrancy of our organization to both them and the surrounding community.
Responsibilities
Make a big impact for our communities in the region by providing coverage and support to our communities for assigned period of time (targeting a minimum of 30 days per assigned community) which will include participation in sales, lead management, events, outreach and other activities as needed to meet occupancy goals and maintain a solid pipeline.
This is a great opportunity for a senior living sales professionalto join Brightview and use their talents toeducate the general community about our serviceswhilebuilding personal relationships with those seniors and their families looking to make a move into either Independent, Assisted Living or Memory care.
Travel to communities throughout the state will be required as part of this role.
We are currently looking for a Floating Community Sales Director for our Northern NJ communities:
East Brunswick
Joy's Farm
Paramus
Randolph
Tenafly
Warren
Wayne
Additional communities may be added due to new community openings.
Salary Range$100,000 - $130,000 / year
Compensation Disclosure
The salary range mentioned above reflects the potential pay for this role and does not include bonuses or additional incentives (if applicable), nor does it include the value of our benefit program. Offers will consider factors like experience, qualifications, location, community size (if relevant), certifications/training, etc. Brightview regularly reviews and adjusts compensation ranges.
Qualifications
- Bachelor27s Degree in Marketing or related field.
- Previous senior living sales experience is a must.
- Ability to travel within assigned region.
- Experience working with a lead-based sales platform or Customer Relations Management (CRM) system.
- Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong customer orientation to older adults.
- Positive attitude, enthusiasm and energy.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
