Key Responsibilities - Own and grow all fleet and commercial vehicle sales for Stellantis brands
- Develop and manage relationships with:
- Corporate fleets
- Government & municipal buyers
- Construction, logistics, utilities, and national accounts
- Negotiate high-volume contracts while maximizing gross and backend
- Manage OEM programs, incentives, upfits, and delivery logistics
- Forecast inventory needs and coordinate with management and manufacturers
- Build, mentor, and lead fleet sales staff as volume increases
- Represent the dealership professionally with high-level decision-makers

Required Qualifications- 5+ years of successful fleet sales management experience
- Direct experience with Stellantis brands is strongly preferred
- Demonstrated history of six- or seven-figure fleet sales volumes
- Proven ability to manage complex, high-value contracts
- Strong OEM program knowledge and compliance expertise
- Exceptional negotiation, communication, and leadership skills
- Self-motivated, data-driven, and highly organized
- Valid CA driver's license and clean driving record required
- Understands & follows posted dealership policies & procedures
- High school diploma or equivalent plus 2-4 year college degree in business or related field (preferred)
