Responsibilities

  • Perform a variety of services and repairs on vehicles to ensure high customer satisfaction.

  • Maintain and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, and electrical components.
  • Communicate with the Service Advisor about additional service needs and required repairs.
  • Provide accurate estimates of time needed for extra repairs to ensure customer awareness.
  • Carry out warranty repairs to meet manufacturer specifications.

AUTOMOTIVE FLAT RATE TECHNICIAN

NUCAR CHEVROLET OF WOBURN IS LOOKING FOR AN EXPERIENCED AUTOMOTIVE TECHNICIAN

PAY: $50,000-$150,000 (WEEKLY BONUS PROGRAMS AVAILABLE)

Qualifications
• High school diploma or equivalent, ASE Certification required
• 2+ years of Service Technician experience preferred

Responsibilities
• As an individual contributor, the Automotive Flat Rate Technician will be responsible for performing a variety of services and repairs on vehicles, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and maintaining the dealership's standards of quality and efficiency
• Perform work specified on the repair order with efficiency and in accordance with dealership
• Test-drive vehicles, and test components and systems, using diagnostic tools and special service equipment
• Diagnose, maintain, and repair vehicle automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air conditioning, etc
• Communicate directly with the Service Advisor so that customers are informed if any additional service is needed
• Provide an estimate of time needed for additional repairs
• Execute repairs under warranty to manufacturer specifications
