Full Job Description
A Typical Day

The First Vice President Business Systems Analysis provides ongoing business analysis support to maintain and enhance all applicable applications as a result of the deployment of the new platform. As the FVP Systems Analysis, you will work in collaboration with multiple work teams throughout the organization to ensure project analysis, design, development, testing and implementation of technology deliverables are well coordinated and fulfilled in accordance with project owner expectations and quality standards.

 

The First VP Business Systems will:

 

  • Design and execute methodology for business requirement sessions and gathering documentation
  • Work in alignment with IT to ensure data mapping from core systems to back end systems is consistent with standards required for internal and external data use
  • Create strategies for risk mitigation and contingency planning
  • Maintain business analysis and project documentation
  • Establish standards for communication of business requirements to vendors
  • Develop and manage reporting on KPI’s, key drivers and metrics aligned to the deployment of the technology platform for upper management
  • Perform other related duties as required and assigned
  • Demonstrate behaviors which are aligned with the organization’s desired culture and values

Compensation: Individual salary may vary based on multiple factors including specific role, geographic location / market data, and skills and experience as defined below:

  • Lower in range - Building skills and experience in the role
  • Mid-range - Experience and skills align with proficiency in the role 
  • Higher in range - Experience and skills add value above typical requirements of the role 

 

Some roles may be eligible for performance-based compensation and/or stock-based incentives awarded to employees based on company and individual performance.
