JOB DESCRIPTION

As an Associate in the Firmwide Resiliency Office, you will play a key role in further strengthening the firm’s resiliency posture by enhancing the effectiveness of its Resiliency Testing program. This role will support efforts to streamline its operating models, enhance linkage to the control environment through data analysis and engagement with Control Management, and provide guidance and consultation to our LOB/CF partners. You will collaborate with diverse teams across the globe, supporting the need for various requirements, and contributing to the development and implementation of the Firmwide Resiliency lifecycle, with a concentrated focus on Testing. This role offers opportunities for professional growth, skill development, and broad exposure to business operations and corporate functions.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development of the Firmwide Resiliency Testing lifecycle, inclusive of resiliency integration and operating model streamlining, by gathering input, preparing materials, and facilitating collaboration with partners.
  • Assist LOB/CF partners by providing potential solutions for identified challenges.
  • Support working groups and/or project teams, taking ownership of assigned deliverables and ensuring effective progress and delivery of objectives.
  • Leverage data for conducting analyses and assisting in control process development.
  • Foster relationship with Controls Management to strengthen feedback loop relative to Resiliency Testing
  • Develop subject matter expertise in Firmwide Resiliency processes and practices with focus on Resiliency Testing

Required Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Ability to analyze and interpret complex problems using data to identify change drivers, and develop actionable solutions.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliverables in a fast-paced, complex program environment.

Preferred Qualifications, Capabilities and Skills:

  • Bachelor27s degree or advanced degree
  • 2-3 years of relevant experience in resiliency, controls and/or risk management
  • Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, CBCP, CRISC, or similar).
  • Experience in operational resilience, risk management, or business continuity within a large, complex financial institution or similarly regulated environment.
  • Strong understanding of corporate frameworks and their integration with other risk, control, or operational frameworks.
  • Ability to drive projects and support wider team objectives in a dynamic environment.
  • Familiarity with AI tools and solutions; ability to identify AI-driven process improvements.
  • High degree of initiative, self-direction, and ability to work well under pressure.
