Responsibilities- Lead and manage the fire practice group, ensuring quality and timely delivery of services.
- Oversee and conduct complex fire investigations, analysis, and reporting.
- Develop strategies to grow the fire practice and expand client relationships.
- Provide technical mentorship and training to fire practice team members.
- Collaborate with legal, insurance, and engineering professionals to support claims and litigation.
- Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and technological advancements in fire science.
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements in all fire investigations.
- Prepare and present technical findings to clients, courts, and industry forums.
Requirements- Bachelor's degree in Fire Science, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Minimum 10 years of experience in fire investigation and forensic analysis.
- Strong leadership skills with experience managing technical teams.
- In-depth knowledge of fire dynamics, investigation methodologies, and fire prevention codes.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
- Professional certifications such as CFIF (Certified Fire and Explosion Investigator) or equivalent are highly desirable.
- Proficiency with fire modeling software and investigation tools.
