Qualifications

• 7-10 years of progressive experience in fire service or related fields.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.
• Valid Iowa driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Firefighter certifications and additional relevant certifications.
• Experience with community-oriented public safety initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement fire prevention and safety programs.
• Supervise fire department operations and personnel management.
• Coordinate training for fire safety personnel and volunteers.
• Engage with the community to promote fire safety education.
• Manage emergency responses and ensure adherence to safety regulations.
