Qualifications

• 5-10 years of progressive leadership experience in fire service
• Strong knowledge of fire operations, emergency management, and risk assessment
• Extensive experience in budget management and resource allocation
• Demonstrated ability to develop and implement departmental policies
• Qualifications for California Fire Chief certification or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Beverly Hills Fire Department
• Establish and enforce fire safety regulations and standards
• Oversee emergency response operations and crisis management
• Develop and manage departmental budget and resources
• Liaise with government officials, community groups, and the media
