Qualifications

• 5-7 years of relevant experience in Fire Protection or Fire Alarm Systems
• Strong general electrical knowledge
• Proficient in project management and scheduling
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to manage budgets and project costs
• Experience with construction permits and documentation
• Familiarity with design and layout of fire alarm systems

Responsibilities

• Oversee all aspects of fire alarm projects from initiation to completion.
• Manage job costs and adhere to project timelines effectively.
• Collaborate with designers to ensure the timely submission of designs.
• Follow up on permits to ensure compliance and timeline adherence.
• Provide weekly updates to Construction Manager on project status.
• Report project progress to the General Manager regularly.
• Coordinate installation efforts between different trades on the project.
