Full Job Description
The Financial Reporting Analyst III will serve as a key resource for the global organization and provide financial oversight to ensure that the integrity of the financial records is complete, accurate and comply with International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS). Supports the global accounting team with a wide variety of functions to include budget management (gathering, inputting, reporting), regional TB support and YMC monthly/quarterly reporting.

  • Assist the lead Global Accountant(s) with monthly/quarterly reporting to YMC. Reporting to YMC includes assisting in the preparation of the FC Package, uploading the workbooks into the FC portal, and uploading all regional TBs to the Global Data Base (GDB).
  • Champion the annual budgeting process: preparing templates for the regions/YMFC and gathering templates from the regions/YMFC; uploading spreadsheets received into SAP/D365; consolidating regional data and analyzing output.
  • Assist the lead Global Accountant(s) with Day 5 analysis of the region's comparison of budget versus actual performance MTD and YTD.
  • Performs other duties as assigned.


Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in business, accounting or finance required, MBA/CPA a plus.
  • 8+ years of accounting required; financial services experience, a plus.
  • Advanced Excel or other data management resources knowledge required.
  • Experience working in/with multi-national companies a plus.
  • Excellent technical/data mining abilities and critical thinking skills.

Pay:
$90,000 - $110,000
The pay range for this position is $90,000 - $110,000. Yamaha intends to offer the selected candidate base pay dependent on job-related experience. Base pay is part of Yamaha's Total Reward Program; our Talent Acquisition Team will share more details as candidates progress.
