This role will play a key role in transforming Finance processes and technology across North America. In this role, you9ll partner with Finance, IT, and global teams to improve business processes, support ERP/SAP initiatives, lead Finance transformation projects, and ensure successful data migration and system implementations. Accountabilities: 3 Lead Finance process improvement and transformation initiatives from planning through implementation. 3 Partner with Finance, IT, and global stakeholders to design scalable, compliant business processes. 3 Manage Finance data migration activities, ensuring data quality, governance, testing, and go-live readiness. 3 Prioritize projects, manage dependencies, and help deliver initiatives on time and within scope. 3 Translate business needs into practical ERP/SAP solutions that improve efficiency and support business goals. 3 Build strong cross-functional partnerships while communicating project risks, progress, and recommendations. 3 Drive continuous improvement through process optimization, governance, and adoption of new technologies. Qualifications Required Qualifications 3 Bachelor9s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field. 3 5+ years of experience in Finance transformation, ERP/SAP systems, Finance processes, business process improvement, or data migration. 3 Strong understanding of core Finance processes, such as General Ledger, Financial Close, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Intercompany, and Record-to-Report. 3 Experience working with SAP or other enterprise ERP systems, such as process design and system implementation. 3 Knowledge of Finance controls, compliance, audit readiness, and data governance principles. 3 Proven ability to influence and collaborate with Finance, IT, business leaders, and global stakeholders. 3 Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Desired Qualifications 3 Experience supporting large-scale ERP implementations or Finance transformation programs. 3 Experience with Finance data migration, validation, reconciliation, and governance. 3 Comfortable working in a fast-paced, global, matrixed organization. 3 Demonstrated ability to adapt to change and drive continuous improvement. 3 Interest in emerging technologies, such as AI and digital Finance solutions.
